Step 1 is to gather information through a no obligation scope meeting. In this meeting we explain our approach and how we may be able to assist your business reach its goals.

Industry Research

In addition to the information obtained through our scope meeting, we perform additional industry research to assess performance opportunities and understand the value we would be able to bring to your business

Proposal

The next step is to provide you with our proposal which outlines:

  • proposed services
  • deliverables
  • engagement team
  • expected outcomes
  • fees and charges

The proposal is issued through an engagement letter. No fixed contracts are used, our performance is the key to building long term working relationships with our valued clients

Project Work

Upon signing the engagement letter your work is scheduled amongst the team and the work begins

Field Work

The work is now underway and will be completed through a combination of:

  • Onsite field work
  • Review of source information
  • Independent research
  • Offsite report writing and compilation of financial models
Progress Meetings

Throughout the project, we touch base and keep you posted with progress and initial recommendation to ensure the project is on track to meet your expectations

Handover and next steps

The project work may be completed but our role continues

Handover

During the handover meeting we present and walkthrough the work completed and outcomes achieved

Deliverables

Key deliverables may include final reports, excel models or other such works.

The files and handed over to your business and can be maintained as required

Next Steps

Most clients who start with project work retain our services on an ongoing basis. This may include a meeting every month, quarter or year to ensure results are on track meet set plans.
